The View from the Bell Tower

2025 Year in Review – Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group

by | Dec 22, 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on a year of strong growth, meaningful connections, and continued dedication to the Merrimack Valley community and Southern New Hampshire.

“Our growth in 2025 reflects more than transaction volume – it speaks to the trust our clients place in us and our deep commitment to the communities we serve. We’re proud of the work our team has done and grateful for the relationships that continue to drive our success.”
— Gary Sidell, President, Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group

This year alone, our team successfully completed 64 commercial leases across a range of property types and nine commercial sales, including land and mixed-use properties. These transactions reflect strong market knowledge and our clients’ ongoing trust in our ability to deliver results.

Notable transactions this year included these properties throughout the Merrimack Valley:

Leasing of Historic New England, Haverhill

Bell Tower was pleased to lease multiple spaces at Historic New England’s property in Haverhill, a unique 128,000 SF set currently undergoing renovation and managed by Bell Tower.

Sale of 90-92 Hall Street to UMASS Lowell

Bell Tower represented the Clermont Family in the sale of this property to UMASS Lowell, acquired as part of its LINC campus expansion plan.

Hall St. UMass Lowell, MA

In addition to our commercial success, we added a new focus on residential brokerage, completing 10 residential sales and 16 leases— much of this business came through existing client and community referrals. We anticipate expanding these types of opportunities in 2026 as inquiries for our services increased dramatically in the second half of 2025.  We’re especially proud that our clients continue to turn to us not just for their business needs, but also for their other types of real estate goals.

An example of this growth was Bell Tower’s representation of Yepez Properties in the successful lease-up of a new signature mixed-use retail and residential building in Lawrence, including 30 residential units and a Reading Coop Bank branch.

Lawrence, MA Mixed Use

The year 2025 also marked an exciting period of internal growth. We expanded our marketing capabilities and welcomed an experienced transaction coordinator to our team. The goal was to ensure that every deal — no matter how simple or complex — is managed with precision, proper communications, and care.

All our efforts are aimed at making sure that we adhere to our standards for integrity, professionalism, and local expertise. Further, we remain committed to our communities and giving back. This year, we continued our support for several local organizations making a difference in the communities we serve.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are energized by the opportunities ahead and grateful for the trust and relationships that are key to our success and that of our clients.

Thank you to our clients, partners, and communities. Your confidence in Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group is very much appreciated.

Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and community impact in the year ahead.
