Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group is proud to announce the promotion of Vladimir Saldana to Vice President, recognizing his exceptional performance over the past four years as a sales agent and property manager with the firm’s Lowell office.

Saldana is well-known in the region for his civic leadership. He currently serves as President of Fortaleza, and is the first Latino and youngest advisor to the Parker Foundation. Before joining Bell Tower, Saldana served as North Regional Director for the U.S. Congresswoman Lori Trahan, representing Massachusetts’ Third District. He also has experience as a real estate project manager in both residential and commercial construction.
In his new role, Saldana will continue to work from Bell Tower’s Lowell office at 130 John Street (Boott Mills), focusing on brokerage and project management. His promotion, effective July 1, 2025, also includes expanded executive responsibilities, including contributing to strategic planning, marketing, and media engagement.
