Walking the hallways of a city or town hall in Greater Lowell, or traveling throughout the Merrimack Valley and in Southern New Hampshire, we see familiar faces with whom we have worked for years. Our Story
The Edge Group, Inc. and Bell Tower Management LLC announced they were joining forces back in 2021, building on each firm’s reputation and success serving the Greater Lowell and Greater Lawrence communities. Since the announcement, Fred Faust and Gary Sidell have worked together on identifying and implementing best practices and building on core capabilities. Now with expanded regional reach and expanded staff capacity, the two firms have merged and operate as one entity: Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group.
The Edge Group, Inc., founded by Fred Faust in 1997, earned its reputation as a leading commercial real estate agency serving the Greater Lowell market with brokerage, property management, project management and consulting services. Faust’s background includes public and private sector experience and community leadership.

Bell Tower Management LLC, founded in 2001 by Gary Sidell and his late father, Chet Sidell, built its reputation for excellence in property management services and the redevelopment of historic properties in Lawrence, MA. With a hands-on philosophy, they built the business through a personal dedication to serving each client and the community at large; the business now serves clients throughout the Merrimack Valley. Today, these relationships remain strong and are the reason we work hard and love what we do.
