The Edge Group, Inc. is pleased to announce a merger with Bell Tower Management of Lawrence, MA and will be expanding its services, staff and coverage area.
The following statement was issued by Fred Faust of The Edge Group, Inc. and Gary Sidell of Bell Tower Management LLC:
“This consolidation of our companies will enhance our services, from property management to brokerage and consulting. In terms of areas of service, we will now be able to work together in a coordinated fashion to cover the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire. On a personal basis, we have worked together informally for over 15 years and appreciate each other’s skills, experience and care for community.”
While keeping his existing role with current clients, Gary will also assume overall responsibility for property management and administration, while Fred will now focus on brokerage and consulting. The Edge Group staff will remain in their current positions in the Lowell office.
“This merger of companies enhances our respective strengths and level of services for clients,” stated Faust of The Edge Group. “This represents a continued commitment to the many individuals and companies that have worked with us for the past two decades. Gary and I share similar values and objectives as to how we do business and I know that our clients will enjoy working with Gary.”
“On behalf of Bell Tower Management, I am pleased to combine our efforts with The Edge Group and with Fred,” commented Gary Sidell. “Fred has built a great business and stellar reputation in the area. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our collective businesses and to better and more efficiently serve our clients. In our first few months, we have already been able to expand brokerage and property management assignments. The result has allowed for new hiring and improvements in technology. We are very encouraged by the early results of our merger and the opportunities ahead.”
The companies have also announced the hiring of Vladimir Saldaña of Lowell as Sales Associate and Property Manager.
“Vlad is someone I have known and worked with for several years. He is very committed to the communities of Lowell and Lawrence and the Merrimack Valley in general,” stated Sidell. Vlad is a highly creative, customer-focused professional. We are enthusiastic about having him on our team and as part of our expansion plan.”
Saldaña commented, “I’m excited for the opportunity to utilize my skills in management and real estate investment as part of two strong community-based companies. Gary and Fred have long-standing reputations in their field. I look forward to joining the team and helping to meet our clients’ needs.”
Saldaña graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a B.S. in Business Finance and Management. He recently earned a certificate in Project Management from UMass Lowell and graduated from the LEADS Fellowship Program. LEADS is an economic and leadership development program that fundamentally changes the prospects of communities by investing in their civic infrastructure. The core of the program was a transformative, ten-month executive education experience hosted at Harvard Business School.
Saldaña has obtained his Massachusetts sales license and will be responsible for properties for lease and sale, as well as for property management purposes. He is also a former staff member to Congresswoman Lori Trahan and was previously employed by Lawrence Community Works.
“In this first month we have been able to work with Vlad, I am most impressed with his energy, ability to learn quickly and his natural affinity for working with people. His associations and familiarity with the area and commitment to the community at large are important assets for our companies,” stated Faust, founder and principal broker at The Edge Group, Inc.
