The View from the Bell Tower

Meet Taylor Sands

by | Jan 17, 2024

Taylor Sands is a Sales Agent and Property Manager at Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group. Taylor grew up in Templeton, MA in Worcester County where he was active in his church singing in the choir and playing the violin. He enjoyed volunteering at the soup kitchen or helping others in some way throughout his youth. The need to help others then led to a career in the Army as a medic. He comes from a long line of family members who served in the military, including his father and grandfather who both served in the Army. His family instilled in Taylor the values of pride for family and love of country. After completing a tour in Iraq in 2006, he wanted to continue serving others in a way that was impactful daily, which led him to completing his Masters in Occupational Therapy. Though occupational therapy and real estate seem to be quite different, they have two things in common: the expertise is in high demand and the need for dedicated professionals.

Taylor has a strong work ethic and is passionate about anything that he chooses to do. He takes great pride in providing quality work. When not working, he likes to fish and barbeque. He does not have a favorite food because he loves it all. He does have a favorite movie: Forest Gump.

Taylor is married and he and his wife are expecting their first child, a baby girl. The family also includes two wonderful dogs: a rambunctious Siberian husky who is very dramatic yet sweet and an English Labrador retriever who is silly and the best cuddler. The three-year-old dogs also love to fish with Taylor.

If Taylor could have a superpower, he would like an unlimited supply of energy and never sleep. This endless supply of energy would enable him to continue to learn 24/7, challenge himself and always be available to assist others.
