There’s a lot to like about our new Lowell office location. Bell Tower Commercial Real Estate Group moved our Lowell office to 130 John Street, part of the historic Boott Mill complex. Our office at Boott Mill is owned by Winn Development – a long time business client – and great contributor to Lowell, Massachusetts. Our Lowell office is home to Bell Tower CRE Group team members Maureen Wasylak, Vlad Saldana, Scott McKiel and Fred Faust.

Boott Mill is nearly 1 million square feet, it dates initially from the 1860’s. It features a river walk and the well-known Boott Clocktower. It is also home to the Lowell National Historical Park working mill display and Tsongas Industrial History Center. Condominiums and rental units make up the remaining space, as well as attractive office properties owned by developers Farley White. Bell Tower CRE Group also has an office at 60 Island Street in Lawrence.
“Boott and Winn Development are perfect for a real estate group that focuses on cities and historic properties,” stated Gary Sidell, the company’s president. “We are in the heart of a national park and immediate to downtown amenities. There is certainly a lot to like about Lowell and our new office location.”
“The Boott Mill really sums up what we are as a company,” according to Fred Faust, Principal and company founder. “It is unique historically, close to great resources like the river and national park, and has a dynamic mix of residences, offices, visitor attractions and educational assets. We also have a lessor, in Winn Development, that takes amazing care of their facilities and pride in what they do. It is a win-win situation.”
